At SRtech, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was received
- The item was not delivered within 45 days from the order date (based on tracking information)
To be eligible, your request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product, with clear photo or video proof.
2. Items Not Eligible for Refund
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Delays caused by customs or local delivery services
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@srtechstore.com with the following:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo or video evidence (if applicable)
We will respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Processing Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank or payment account
- Then contact your payment provider
- If you’ve done all this and still have not received it, contact us at support@srtechstore.com
6. Exchanges & Replacements
If your item is damaged or defective, we can offer a free replacement instead of a refund. Let us know your preference when contacting us.
7. Shipping Return Requests (If Applicable)
In most cases, physical returns are not required. If a return is requested by our supplier, we will provide instructions and return address.
